Looking to bring your Boy Scout Troop on a memorable adventure? Book a trip to Clearpool! Call 845.225.8226 or submit a Group Trip Request.

Girl Scout Troops can participate in fun and educational nature study, wilderness adventures, and team building activities in full-day weekend programs. Monthly Girl Scout program days are available for all ages and tailored by age group.

Programs run from 9am - 3pm one Saturday or Sunday each month.
Participants should bring their own lunch.

Cost: $100 per troop per day
$25 nonrefundable deposit per event due upon registration; 25% deposit required for all overnight trips. Invoices will be emailed to the address used to register.

September 15
The Five Senses: A day of outdoor discovery incorporating the senses to experience the natural world.

October 6
Challenge Yourself: Participate in high/low ropes courses, teambuilding exercises and cooperative games with your troop.

November 2
Outdoor Survival: Learn knot tying, fire building, recognizing edible plants and other skills for survival in the wild!

Pioneer Life: Experience life in colonial times by making hand dipped candles, colonial toys and pioneer games.

Winter Wonderland: Fun outdoor the snow! Sledding, tubing, tracking and more.

Wildlife at Clearpool: Learn about all of the wildlife at Clearpool - from birds to reptiles - and see them up close!

March 9
Maple Sugaring: Experience first-hand the process of bringing sap to syrup! Troops will tour our sugarhouse, learn the history of maple sugaring in New York State, and sample our own syrup.

Annual Girl Scout Weekend: An adventurous and fun-filled day or overnight program to explore the outdoors and develop new skills. Add your troop to the wait list >

May 4
Service Day: Help to support Clearpool! Participate in trail maintenance, garden clean up, and other projects that will leave an impact on our campus.

Waterfront Day: Build a raft, learn canoe skills and practice fishing.

Register for any one of the available girl scout troop programs by completing the form below. Multiple programs may be selected.
Upon receipt of your registration form, we will email you an invoice for a $25 deposit for each trip day.
